Massage plus the service was on point just their massage rooms were dark couldnt take pictures to share and create memories and they cake was not fresh and didnt have take away to take it with us since we couldnt finish it

I do find it odd that a shoulder and back massage gets done whilst sitting .As amazing as the therapist was ,it very uncomfortable and unusual position to be in especially if I mentioned a sore back and shoulders.

Beautiful experience and the venue was nice and clean.

I bought a Pamper me package for my husband and I as a Valentines Day treat. 3 hours of treatments and its not cheap. WORST experience and hands down the absolute worst massage of my life, done by Ntombi. I am pretty sure most of the therapists have no actual qualifications. My massage was very painful, I cut it short as I couldnt take it any more. Its a pity because of the 3 hours my husband said he had the best massage hes ever had. Worst foot massage hes ever had too. He obviously had the one therapist with an actual qualification and experience in massage. I recommend looking elsewhere for spa treatments of any kind.Shannon

I always enjoy my experience whenever I visit Mangwanani spas. Except for the beds, they are old and won out. It the leather on the face area was won out and it hurt my face. Even though the massage was great, the bed made it a bad experience

I called the branch to make a booking for a 60min massage at 3pm. The lady who picked up said she will check with therapists and call me back. She called back a while later to say that they close at 4.30pm when head office and the website indicated 6pm. When I asked to speak to a manager she hung up. Such an unprofessional manner in dealing with patrons. Clearly customer service is not high priority.
