Will never use them ever again and never recommend them either. They dont believe in feedback or updating a customer. Lead times run into weeks and months for whats simple repairs. They let the battery run low and then I get back my car with blown cigarette/accessory charge port dues blown (happened on 2 occasions- most likely from them boosting the car battery), poor workmanship on brakes, they dont reset service warning message after servicing, etc. One would expect A grade workmanship and customer service for their very high priced quotes but get arrogance when you question them, total disregard and no-care attitude. In the end, had to revert to the OEM of the car for rectification of issues at extra cost. Terribly pathetic service.

I did not get any help...I was told to go to stanger Bosch...I got lost because I dont know stanger Bosch....it was very humiliating after driving for so long and being chased away 😡😡😡😡

They dont do emergency repairs as advertised. Arrived in a vehicle with malfunctioning brakes after reading their website about emergency services. Was told they dont actually do that and thatI had to book a slot for the following week. Incredibly rude staff, laughed and told me drive away with faulty brakes.Anyone with similar issue, 911 auto repair actually does what they advertise and is around the corner.
