I must commend the staff at the service department. They were very friendly, helpful and I was definitely not prepared for the quick turnaround time in which the service was completed. It’s easy for the sales staff to get good reviews - the joy of getting a new car helps to no end.The service department deserve special recognition because they deal with a very mundane, irritating aspect of car ownership yet they provided such a good experience that I was forced to write a review in praise of the team.

Used to be a very lovely dealership that we purchased from previously, not again though, although staff are friendly, they struggled to make a deal work with regards to purchase of a used vehicle we were really interested in. After going back and forth trying to get the deal to work as we had a vehicle to trade in. The price of the new vehicle which had included a warranty in the price was said to have been reduced(not even by the value of the warranty) then the deal was calculated with adding on the same warranty which was suppose to be included in the new reduced price as I stated I want the warranty(Note that the car was advertised on the website with that 2 year unlimited km warranty) , which in turn worked out to more than the advertised price, when I queried why our installments were coming to so much I found this out and the vehicle was then inflated back up to the advertised price and I was told that this price cannot be reduced(after I was told that it will be reduced) . We then expressed we were not happy with the installment on the vehicle and no effort what so ever was made to try and reduce the installments by that small amount to conclude our purchase. A word of advise, purchasing a vehicle isnt a small decision, it has to be paid for over a period of 5 years minimum, you guys should really work on helping clients get a good deal on a vehicle, we are repeat clients as well. Very dissatisfied.

I will share my experience, and will explain why with all the issues that I had with SMG my review is still positive. I have bought a second hand car from SMG, when I was buying it I have special asked for AA car test. Before we buy the car, I was told that SMG checks all the cars that they sell. When I bought the car the issues started straight away, the whole car was shaking when you start driving it, then there is a noise coming when you are driving above 105. I was very upset; the good thing is that our company always takes cars with warranty. So I called straight SMG, the same day they have asked me to bring the car back. They started investigating the issues, after few days the car was returned to me. The issues were still there, then they took the car again for check. That time, it took 11 days for the car to be checked. Again the car was returned to me and it was not fixed, the sales manager who sold the car to me asked me to speak with the main mechanic so they can find the issue. Now Im waiting to bring the car to Audi for the fixing, the story till now looks terrible but!!!! The guys from SMG always tried to help and they were always very polite. I have received every time car for use until the issue is resolved, I had bad experience with Ford before. But even with the issue that I have with our new car, the service is great till now. Update from 11/07/2019: My car was fixed and the service even if it was a bit slow until we get to the resolving of the issue was perfect. The seller that I was dealing is Robert, I can only refer him. If you go there speak with him, he is very helpful.
