Lack of service.there is no one to help you at the ATM even when you ask for help.
Tried calling the branch. Waited for over 10 mins to get call answered. Consultant didnt wait to hear what I was wantiing help with. As soon as she heard the word debit she mumbled something and transferred the call. Kept me holding for over 15 minutes until I just got tired of holding on and terminated the call. My dispute regarding a double debit for a single transaction on my cheque account has not been resolved after 11 days.
