Clean and developing cosmopolitan, the reason for the 3 star is that there is a mixture of RDP apartments and paid for apartments and houses with some property owners building back rooms. I have a feeling that is will turn to another Diepsloot Tanganani section where the whole areas will have back rooms and be over populated
