Visited the smaller venue for the first time and Im in love...the tranquility, the sky at night, the lakeside, simply amazing. The site itself comes with a fully equipped kitchen and hall. You bring cutlery, crockery and food, of course. The sleeping quarters are three dorm rooms with multiple bathing/shower areas for ease of access. They come with about three rooms with bunk beds that can host a total of 46 people. You bring your own bedding and toiletries here too. This is the perfect place for smaller church camps or school trips. Theres even a bigger venue with trampolines. Both venues have swimming pools.

The best GROUP ACCOMMODATION establishment (groups of 20 to 200) in a rural, rustic setting....2 km off the urban road! Camp on bunk beds in neat cabins, each with its own ablutions. Not tented camping.

This is a great camping site for Christian youth and churches. It is located in Despatch just outside of the city yet not too far away from shopping centres.There are ample private dorms with toilets, showers and communal kitchen area.There is a separate hall with and toilets for cooking staff. As well as another large hall for services or conferences.There is a river that flows through the camp. And there is also a swimming pool as well as a place dedicated to jumping on a trampoline.

Friendly staff. Great food. Had a wonderful school camp.

Peaceful, relaxing place relatively close to the city. Lovely to have the river birds flying past, and the river flowing by. Neat facilities, large meeting venues.

Its a little haven, nestled in the woods near the Swartkops River. Its got ample room and a lovely kitchen. There are two halls and a bonfire area.

Sign on road not clear at night, and dirt road very corrugated and muddy after rain.

Great scenery , great facilities, great location, but beds, walls and carpets need a little cleaning.

We had our Youth Camp there! Helpful people Clive and Dave and their facilities are proper.
