The Staff were friendly and helpful , the food was okay but if say they selfish with the chicken 🍗 portions and they should always prepare fresh oil when frying chicken and not reheat and reuse to save as in the long run the chicken isnt cooked properly but flakey

So i go and order 2 all star boxes wait about 30 min for the order go home and when me and my gf are about to start eating find one burger and a missing zinger wing so now i payed for food i did not get and i have to drive there for what. NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED BUT FINE IF U NEED THE BURGER SO MUCH KEEP IT...

Not pleased at all with service i received at KFC despatch. Did an online order today waited 30 minutes. While waiting a girl who just came contacted someone she knows that works there and was served quickly.

I was waiting for over an hour for my food tonight . They told me to stand outside to wait for my order. So I waited outside. When I went in to ask how long I must wait they told me they gave my food away to someone else because they called and I didnt answer. But they were the ones that told me to wait outside. After arguing about how unprofessional they were the one girl laughed that helped me and said I must wait they are going to fix my order now.I am very disappointed because they treated me like it was my fault and not theirs.Unprofessional very unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The food were good, but had to wait almost a hour to get my order. Were very frustrating. My two stars goes to the food. Zero stars for service. Cashier did not explain why everyone has to wait so long. Just ignore my questions.

Usually drive all the way from uitenhage for your wings but after today Im just not sure. The wings still had feathers,they were not properly plucked 🤢🤮 and you should improve on your customer service.Picture below are some of the feathers sourced from our mouths while chewing.

Little to no staff, overworked. Service is slow and to top it all off I saw the supervisor being harsh on one of her employees because the employee had to multitask with sanitising patrons, keeping an eye on the patrons coming in the shop while taking out orders to other patrons waiting outside in their cars for orders. Needles to say nothing will be done about it.

Pathetic service. Kfc expect us to send the entire order back because there was one coke and a large chips short on delivery. Meaning the whole family must wait another hour because someone cant count and verify that the order is correct before sending it out. Thanks to Mr Delivery for trying to sort out the order

The experience and service Ive had at KFC Despatch since its opened has always been poor, whether its service over the counter or the drive-through. They should look at improving their services.

Service is absolutely the worst. Their drive thru is non existent. Why have a drive thru if you have to park outside and have to wait more than 20 minutes for your food. Not once, not twice but three times, which was the last for me. I drive to Uitenhage from Despatch. NB!!! Itis not the food but the incompetent staff and service delivery.🙄🤔

My order was wrong even though I paid for everything and I was unable to go in store to fix it and when delivering they NEVER included chilli salt and tomato sauce

Why is there a drive through? Finished ordering in drive through, but you still have to wait in parking lot for your food??? And when you get home, theres no cooldrinks in the bag. Very poor service!

I was told the chicken will be ready in 10 minutes but had to wait for 45 minutes.

Service at this kfc is bad waited 32min for my order and than they want me to wait an extra 10min because they forgot to make the zinger fillets for my burger and boxmaster and the funny part of all is they werent even busy.. realy bad service they wont see me again!!!!

Bad service. Was told 9mins waiting time for chicken. 40mins later received my food, got home to see 1 burger sort went back and got the burger only to see they put the wrong burger in for me aswell. Did not go back. Will take it up tomorrow.

Please do not support them. Its called a drive thru but then you have to wait in the parking area for 30+ minutes. Then when the food arrives its not up to KFC standards.

The waiting time for orders is so long. Like, up to 30mins when theyve told you your order would be ready in 20mins. Even the 20mins is far too long, but I wait coz I love me some KFC 🤷🏾‍♀️🙃

We went through the drivethru, but was asked to wait in the parking lot, we waited an half an hour for our food, every single car was asked to wait....no-one got their food immediately. The car next to us, did not get his cooldrinks, as did we. Poor poor service, we asked to speak to the manager, did not even bother to come out to speak to us.

The taste of their meat is different from any other KFC franchise. Theres something they are not doing right.

Went through the drove thru, was told to go and wait in the parkings for my food, 30min later I went in to get my money back as I havent received my food, the excuse was that they lost my slip, and they refused to refund me, I had to wait again while they prepared my food.Whats the use of a drive thru if you tell the customers to wait in the parkings. People in positions that dont know what they are doing.

Their burgers are very dry with very little source added to them. No right spice on potato chips. Chicken doesnt taste like the original fresh kentucky chicken. It doesnt taste like chicken at all as if its something that was over frozen for a number of years. In all its bad.
