Very friendly personal who was not only willing to assist but very informative about crocodiles and lions in general. Up close experience with crocodiles and lions, great food and drinks at reasonable prices, children enjoyed themselves and played freely. Friendly atmosphere had a live singer at no extra cost. Bought crocodile steak at a good price, will visit again...

This place is the epiphany of animal torture. The water is dirty. Dead chickens in all cages - blue in colour and covered in flies. Broken plastic without any shelters. The ranch keeper (zoo keeper) literally HIT the older lion to calm down (I have video to prove). When I asked if there are any conservation or rewilding efforts, he confidently confirmed that the lions are for entertainment purposes and could be rented for weddings. I will be contacting the relevant authorities for a formal inspection of this place. It left our family, of 8 adults, feeling sad and depressed with a wasted R200.

Stopped for breakfast in Deneysville..the Croc and Lion ranch offers great food..great service..Rina is an awesome hostess.The crocodile park is an absolute must.The guide is passionate about his work and offers great tours..

My Children were absolutely amazed with their Animals however I wish I could visit the place more often because it seems like the south African Covid lockdown was hectic on them.Their services can improve with enough finances. It seems like they are keeping their head above water.I just want to add the home cooked food we had was absolutely devine!

A very lovely place to visit, friendly staff and good tours. Really had a great time. Affordable fun and good food. It was a lovely experience getting to play with the cubs and carry a baby crocodile

The entrance.. the whole tour was excellent . .. but the exit was terribly neglected and not clean. They should have another backup plan to use as an exit

Not even worth one star, but you need yo select one to give a review. Service was payhetic. Waited 30 minutes for service. Eventually went to ask for service to be told there is only two waiters. When we eventually got served by the manager, she was rude and dismissive. We stood up and left. Will never go there again. Have never had such bad service.

Had close view of crocs and lionsunfortunately due to covid , all is limited and no food being prepared for ordering.

The animals are wonderful except the service you get from the restaurant the food is either over cooked or under cooked or even raw they dont pride them self on customer service as they let people wait along time before getting service and then tell the customer what not to eat and that it is always dry and not something they would recommend to trie the food.

The Animals are well cared for, the lions and lion cubs are beautiful and well fed. Granted, the enclosures for the lions are a bit small but unfortunately every facility has its limitations. My 4 yr old son saw the crocodiles but naturally preferred the lions, had a close encounter with the cubs and had the opportunity to pet and give a female cub some attention which he thoroughly enjoyed.I have been to the jhb zoo and saw how the animals coats and enclosures were filthy, they looked under fed. I was really impressed with how well kept the lion and croc raunch is and the restaurant service was excellent.

Not impressed at all...Under staffed and the animals enclosures are dirty and Im pretty sure not up to standard. Ordered steak egg and chips as well as bar platter for lunch...received chuck unstead of steak. Most items on platter was under cooked.

Cages looks like storage for there junk. Almost no water for the crocs to swim. Bar lady not that friendly before cash up time. This was not my first time there but lately it is not what it was. Please get the place back on standard like it was.

Was not realy impressed. But to be fair, they just opened after lockdown. Food at restaurant, which we ordered, was not great but there was neighbouring tables that had food which looked better. Service a bit poor, but hey, after lockdown, everything will pick up eventually

Wouldnt even given it a star if it was up to me. Crocs encounters worst condition ever. Lions enclosures extremely small. Should be closed down.

The woman that gave us a tour thru the croc and lion was so amazing!! She made real effort on explaining to us amd making us actually feel the animals. We even gave a lion cup milk. It was AMAZING definitely going back there

Crocodiles and Lions are wow! You have to sign a disclaimer to not take pictures of the place ... This apparently for the spca and spies for animal anti cruelty. The place is in a bit of a disrepair... Food worse... Ordered a breakfast with boerwors and steak... It came with a cheese grilled and 2 small strips of steak same charge. Tip is also already generated on the bill... Without your permission.

Nice cosy place, they also brew their own craft beer which was a big plus for us when we visited them.

There was no guide available to take us trough the Ranch, we were told to go through and follow the signs by our selfs. Due to not having a guide we did not know where we are supposed to go and where it is safe to stand and look for the lions.

I live front opposite of the place and its great and safe its a ferfect place to relax.

Loveley place...weve neem to sloot of lion farms.The lions always look sickly and in a bad cindition...by FAR the most Beautiful lions on this farm.The staff are soo freindly and go the ekstra mile.Very reasonable price...usually you have to pay ekstra to be baie to touch am baby croc or lion...not here!We will defenitly be going again!!!
