Makro is one company that has the worst ever customer service and finance department. It now almost a month and I am still waiting for my refund. An EFT take only a few seconds. But you wait for weeks. After sending several emails, to Mr Calvin, HO Online Finance, Mr Gift, who I guess all work at Head Office, I still havent received my refund.I want to strongly advise everyone reading this post that, PLEASE do not order anything online. The online site is outdated. It shows stock levels are sufficient, but its not. And for them to refund you will never happen. I have written off my money, and made peace with Makro STEALING MY MONEY. I am done fighting with these useless employees. They can take my money. I dont care. But I am not going to keep quiet.Makro, U SUCK!!!
