The service is good. Staff always willing to help very friendly. The shop is organised. There are a few negatives regarding the bed cover options,very limited. There is an issue with regards to carrying your goods no trolleys available or baskets all your items are to be carried in your hands. To make your shopping experience more practical ensure you have some sort of basket to carry items. Another problem that we had encountered was that some items were priced incorrectly. I purchased a double bed cover and the price were exactly the same as the Queen prices. I reported the issue and they rectified accordingly.
