I think management should train their employees for customer service as it is very poor, I suggested they cut the buns more deeper so that the spread can reach dry areas, this is after spending two whole weeks buying their breakfast, she (Rachel elderly lady) came down so hard on me for a mere suggestion???👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽Gentleman who serves there every morning is nice and serves with a smile !!! He is the only reason I will return for the breakfast

After overnight in De Aar, we got morning coffee from Checkers. The cuppachino was made correctly by Chantell Mema. She was very friendly. I was assisted in the shop by Maryna in a friendly, professional manner. Well done girls! Ill be back.

The staff and customers do not wear their masks properly. Masks hanging under their noses. Management should make sure about the regulations announced recently

I left a parcel there and when I asked about it the next day, it was given to me. They kept it for me.

The wheelchair entrance need URGENT attention. It is OK for trolleys, but definitely not for wheelchairs please make a plan. The so called car guards is an irritation!!!

The experience is not always the same. Staff chat with friends. No worry about clients. And products are not always abailable.

Do not always have stock of the items you are looking for. Street beggars can be a bit much at times. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful.

Much beter today. Their service at the tills were excelent. The shelves were very empty but there were peole busy merhandising beter ghan in previous cases. A very friendly and proffesional lady help me with the weighing of my produce. Well done a much better attempt than what Ive previously experienced. Thank you Checkers team.
