Absolute a mess long que and one till operating .other staff wondering around looking lost.

Extremely disappointed in service this morning. No one in the shop to assist. What i was told is the manager is in plain cloths and walking outside in the car park. The shop is dirty and untidy. Huge cockroach seen running under the shoe stand. Having supported this shop since it opened, I most certainly not be doing so again. No client should have to beg for assistance!!!

Slow service from staff and items are all over the place.
