I visited the Kameeldrift Factory Shop, in Cullinan, for the first time in my hunt for decent marrow bones. What a pleasant surprise! Clean, neat, nicely laid out, friendly staff, and great service.But to top it all, Hennie, the butcher, cut the marrow bones exactly the way I wanted them. Marrow bones on the braai – a great idea – you should try it sometime. And don’t forget to buy them from the Kameeldrift Factory Shop!

The security gaurd at the exit door was rude and trying to intimidate me ,even though he could see me paying for my purchase. The shopping experience was very unpleasant,to such an extent that I will not be shopping there ever again!

Really great butchery! The meat pastries and the milk tart are really good and the biltong has a great flavour to it. They have a wide variety of beef cuts, pork cuts, lamb cuts and chicken portions. All the meat is produced through their own business, Ferpa.
