Thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay at 117 on Oak for our anniversary weekend. Lovely owners who pay attention to all those details that make for awesome hospitality. Beautiful, serene and charming property that feels homely at the same time. Highly recommended.

And the breakfast basket is to-die-for 😍 Coffee, freshly made muffins, preserves and yogurt, fruit & muesli bowls. What a treat!We definitely recommend this special spot in Cullinan.

I love it when guest houses are owned, run and managed by their owners. This couple are no exception. Their wonderful spirit and attention to detail made this weekend a great experience. Will always recommend their accommodation as first choice in Cullinan.

Our stay at 117 on Oak was cozy, comfortable and luxurious! The attention to detail and hospitality of Lize made us feel welcome and looked after, we really enjoyed our stay in the Oak Leaf Cottage. We were greeted on Saturday morning with a picnic basket, which included coffee, freshly made muffins, preserves and yogurt, fruit & muesli bowls. We definitely recommend this special spot in Cullinan, we will be back!!

Lize made us feel really special and so welcome. I would definitely recommend 117 on Oak to anyone who is traveling to the Cullinan area. The breakfast was superb and you could see and taste the love that went into it. It also had such a nice homey feeling that it didnt even feel like I was in a guesthouse. Loads of thoughtful touches like milk in the fridge, candles for loadshedding, playing cards. Blown away by the provision of a vegan breakfast made specially for us. Tranquil, beautiful garden

I cannot recommend 117 on Oak enough. Jacques and Lize-Mari went out of their way to accommodate us, even putting us up in their own house when we had an emergency. Thank you!!!!!
