I visited Primalux last year in October. I’ve never had such an intimate shopping experience. I have to commend the staff that were highly professional helpful and very, very patient. I spent more than an hour in their shop, as I had millions of questions, as this was going to be a big investment for me. On the day I actually didn’t even buy anything. However after a couple of weeks of mulling it over, I went back to make my purchase and once again spent an inordinate amount of time deciding on a setting. Anyhow this done, I received my ring two weeks later. The ring is still spectacular and I get regular compliments on the ring. There have been no issues with stones falling out of the setting. It is important though to look after your jewelry- I remove all my rings when I cook or bath or anything that is ‘heavy’ on the hands. The little extra effort is well worthwhile to keep my jewelry spectacular.

Bought a ring from this jewelers in February this week the diamond fell out luckily my wife found it on returning to the jewellers we were informed we had to pay for the repairs what nonsense as this was not our fault and maybe they should have checked the quality of the product before selling it . who knows how many times this has happened to overseas visitors who must foot the bill themselves. Very poor service indeed and I will be spreading the word on social media .
