Don’t bother-sure it’s convenient, but in case after case of comparing prices they are always more expensive. Staff have no customer service in mind at all-would rather have loud, delaying conversations across the store than actually get on with processing the payment. No advice, no help(had to ask repeatedly for them to be dragged away from a waitress from Fornos). Go elsewhere!

They carried stock of products that most other pool suppliers dont and provided good technical advice.

I have recently visited your store and was welcomed by a gentleman called Nick. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about pools and listened to my problem. Showed Nick a picture of my green pool and he than tested water sample. i was amazed at how he tested the water as all other pool suppliers did not do all the tests that was done by Nick. Yes i am new to the pool game . Nick than proceeded to enter the water results on his in store tablet and i received a mail as to what chemicals i was provided with. Nick even went further to explain what i should do on a weekly basis. I took Nicks advise and my pool went from green to blue. No more pool contractors all the maintenance will now be done by myself and the assistance of Nick from the Pool Team.Thank you Nick for your patience and assistance. Well done on the excellent service and advised provided to me.Regardszayd

They have increased prices substantially after lockdown.Their pricing on supplies is very close to pick pay , checkers etc(and that’s with my supposed discount).Once they start becoming more expensive or similar in pricing to the above I will stop shopping here!

Great service, great helpful staff. Im hoping that all the advise I was given will help me get my pool crystal clear again.

I bought a pond pump which has a 2 year warranty... it packed up within 4 months. When I took it back.. I was told they do not take responsibility for their suppliers products and that they had to send it back to them. I explained that had I bought this pump anywhere else ie. Builders ... they would have taken responsibility for the defective product of the supplier they had chosen and either provide a replacement or my money back. To make matters worse.. this pump is required for a pond of expensive fish.. which meant that I had to purchase a new pump while these guys sent in the defective one.. I made sure this time I got it from builders.. oh and Its been almost 2 weeks and no response regarding the faulty motor..thanks

They are generally helpful and have a fair amount of supplies in stock.

Poor service....Salt chlorinator that they replaced was removed from site despite asking for it to remain to be reused. Escalation with zero help. Shop elsewhere......dishonest , poor service and expensive when compared.
