What a surprise the fresh flowers in the restrooms were after driving through the draught stricken Karoo. I commend the lady creating such cheer! Its an example to every one in our country that we can all make a difference in others lives with however little we have. Lets all spread such beauty!

Overnight parking g for trucks. Bery clean. Hot water showers for men and woman good food very well priced. Trucks park on tarmac has diesel facilities and very helpful staff

Always a friendly bunch shop there for many years just payed R65 for cigarettes thats normally R45 at most 24 hour shops needles to say that was my last stop with them. Spend about 240 twice a week there so they wont miss it. Didnt even get the red bull special next time I must remember to take my reading glasses.

In all the years of travelling this fuel garage has been so clean...staff is super friendly. The toilets has always been decorated with either flowers or pretty branches. The lady looking after the toilets has always taken great pride in her position. Well done! Very refreshing stop!

I want to give this Ultra City a five star for their Womans Toilets. We were there on 25 October and again on 29 October, and the bathroom was full of vases with beautiful roses. The bathroom also smells so nice and fresh. Best restroom I visited in my life. Keep up your high standards, we as public appreciate your effort!

Travelling from Cape town to Durban on the N1, stopped for a break. Well done shell. Mens toilets immaculate, even decorated! Staff all very friendly despite being late Sunday afternoon.

Today, 2nd of January, Shell Ultra City Colesberg increased their 50ppm diesel price with more than R1 since yesterday. Im sure its to steal from holliday-makers.Concerned

We stopped with a bus of girls on our way to George at 4.30am. The ladies restroom was disgusting! Not one toilet was flushed or clean. The loo paper, tampon wrappers and used sanitary pads were all over the floor. Filthy!

Had takeaway coffees from Torrador in the Select cafe - quick, friendly service and excellent Americano and cappuccino.

We stopped at the ultra city Colesburg 29 December 2015 for a quick break. I was standing by my niece in the bathroom and a man, I cant call him a gentleman barged into the bathroom and started going off at the cleaner about a aircon. Now really firstly why on eath is he storming into the bathroom without checking if there are any ladies inside,secondly if you want to discuss any problem with your staff the correct way to do it is to call her one side and without insulting her discuss the matter with her. That worker could easly take that man to the ccma because he treated her like a piece of something that i found floating in one of the toilets!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will definitly go out of my way to make sure me and my family do not support shell ultra city in totality and reading your reviews it seams there are many people who feel the same way.A broken tap or aircon or the fact that the locks in the cubicles dont work doesnt put a customer off as much as someone who takes a away your privacy and someone elses dignity. If that is the way you treat yout staff, how do you suggest to persuade your customers that you will treat them any better?????!!!!!! It is appalling!

On the way back to Cape Town, we stop at Colesberg Ultra City today, after driving past Engen, because we thought Ultra City was better. Great was my disappointment. The first two toilets have no toilet paper in them. Hand washing in Covid time was not much better. The first soap container has no soap in it, the second ones intestines are hanging out and I was forced to try number three.People are complaining about business that is weakly weak due to constraint and we are bombarded all day by the media about hand washing and sanitation, but our filling stations on our main routes are unacceptable and inadequate for any day but especially for now.If each of us does just what is expected of us, we will build a country that we can all be proud of.The service where we bought coffee was excellent, professional and Covid protocol was strictly followed.

I stop here twice a week, but today was also the last. One time mistakes will now undo 100 other times. Cheers
