Had the most amazing experience with the workers there. Lady in front told us of all the sales and went the extra mile to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.Cashier was friendly. Overall cant complain.

I had a lot to get done in this shop and I had the most amazing person help me, her name is Jordan. She helped me get a phone eventhough the shop was closing and everyone of the other staff members were complaining because they wanted to leave. I recommend that you guys give that girl a raise. She takes care of your customers.

Giid dayPlease check out your social dustancing at the entrance. There us a lady standing with a very dirty bucket where there is a white knob inside and you have tto put your hand inside to take the knob out and the liquid inside is sooo dirty. People even turned around. If I can make a suggestion please buy stickers and number it and stick it on the client or let the client take one off the roll and stick it on themself and just removed it when they left the store

The first Jet Ive been to that doesnt smell funny. No idea what Jet uses in their store but it tends to smell like moth balls and my neighbours house vibes. So weird. This one is great though

Very bad experience. No customer service. Cashier that helped me her name is Dolly was so unproffesional just dumped my clothes in the bag and I told her to fold it nicely.She gave me a dirty look. Please manager 1st learn your staff customer service because it gives a bitter taste in my mouth when I left the place while spending almost a R1000.

No help, clothes so badly packed one cant find anything. Absolutely useless store.

Disappointed as we got there at 16:53 and the doors were closed and security said the store is close. Where as many other stores were open still.

Friendly helpful staff.Only one till operational and service a tad bit slow.
