This place absolutely exceeded my expectations and I would recommend to anyone and everyone visiting the area. The atmosphere was so warm and welcome, the cheese tasting with stories and information so interesting and a great experience. Amazing views, friendly staff and as an additional bonus, the chips was delicious.

We had a great time at Noah’s. Family and pet friendly with great service. Nice selection of menu items and drinks for all. Cute store with nice products. And... they ship around the country! Best of all— we liked the smoked mozzarella... so close to a cheese famous as a beer snack in Central Asia, Russia and the Caucasus states called “chechel”. But the entire range was fun to try. Of the three cheese farms in the area this one has the best cheese tasting presentation. And the best space for larger groups and kids. Just been out to Noah’s Cheese, lumpy, bumpy ride but worth the 5kms, rustic and charming, great views of the surrounding farming area. The service , so friendly and the cheese platter full of flavour, good wine and very relaxing, will definitely go again

We visited Noahs cheese farm on the way home from Clarens and I really recommend it as a stop over. It costs R40 to complete a cheese tasting. The cheese tasting is a really informative, interesting and personal experience and the cheese is delicious. From smoked string cheeses to sesame halloumi cheese. The setting is right by Mount Ararat which creates a beautiful setting to listen to some great music and eat or purchase some incredible cheese!

Noahs Cheese is a rustic, very personal experience of cheese tasting. The variety and taste is excellent. The setting at the foot of the mountain is gorgeous. The hosts are friendly and knowledgeable. Most definitely worth a visit.

Brilliant atmosphere with live music, great cheese tasting, what a location and the staff are just amazing. Welcoming and quick to help and smile. The cheese platter for one is huge and was much enjoyed. Loved the family atmosphere and we will certainly be back.

A must see when you are in Clarens! We did a cheese tasting of their 10 different types of cheese, including Halloumi, feta and different mozzarella and string cheeses. Very quaint!

What a great find. Ordered just about everything on the menu and shared it tapas style with the table. Ploughmans platter is a must. Will always go out of our way in the future to make sure we stop by Noahs Cheese.

Best story with cheese tasting and Glühwein

Once you get of the main road its about a 6km drive on a gravel road to the farm house. The setup needs to be improved but they have the most amazing and creative cheese.

Worth the 5km dirt road, which was a good road anyway. To help with the inevitable do we go to Barris Monger or Noahs Cheese, which are both close to each other near Clarens, go to both, Barris is goat milk cheese in a beautiful garden, Noahs is cow milk cheese in a charming stone kraal, I would say do savoury meal at Noahs (the burger and Daisy the Melker were great) then go to Barris for sweet (amazing cheesecake, cappuccino and homemade lemonade) and enjoy and buy cheese from both...

Its really worthwhile visiting. The service and food are excellent. They have a great variety of delicious cheeses. Cilla was a great hostess.

Not easily accessible by car 5kms of dirt road, such an anti climax when you finally reach . We waited for sometime, only one person to do cheese tasting, taking too long with previous customers, so we leftI didnt come to sit around waiting for who knows how long before the cheese tasting can be done

I highly recommend Noahs Cheese! Lovely place accompanied by a warm and friendly welcome. The food was magnificent and affordable. The different cheeses were explained along with the history of how each one was made. Upon leaving we bought cheese for home as we could not resist the well made, high quality that you wont find at your local supermarket.

Most certainly NOT good. Poor cheese tasting and only the expensive items on the menu available. The outside area where the tasting took place were INFESTED with flies, even on the cheese.
