After supporting Dr Christians for more than 10 years we are told we can longer visit his offices after refusing to pay a fee of R200 for a repeat prescription he emailed to us. Had we been advised of the fee I could maybe understand. A very sad day for you Dr Christians... a very different doctor to the one we had come to know over the past few years.

Dr Jospeh Lehloenya is the most unethical so called doctor you will ever encounter. We have reported him to the Health Professions Council for gross misconduct. Avoid this practice and Dr Lehloenya at all costs.

I called and got an appt the next day. Dr Lehloenya was kind, professional and approachable. I am thrilled that I found a dermatologist who I can actually get an appointment with soon. I felt really well looked after and in safe hands. Will definitely be using him again!

I booked an appointment on Tuesday, via telephonic discussion with the receptionist. I was told Dr can see my little girl on Thursday. Which automatically means the Thursday that is coming up. Which would be today. However, when my little girl arrived at the clinic, there was someone else booked in her slot and the appointment was made for the following Thursday. Teach your receptionist properly, train her with a script thatll stick in her brain. ALWAYS say the date and time. Send an appointment SMS or email whatever the case, as soon as the client is off the phone. Because this was unnecessary and unprofessional!! And where is the website for the Drs? Do better!

I had an appointment with Dr Christiaans this morning and phoned to try and reschedule because I woke up with a temperature and didnt want to take a chance by going in to his offices with a raised temperature due to the Covid situation. I was told by the receptionist that i would have to produce a test or pay for the missed appointmnent. I explained that I would only be going for a test if my fever continued beyond 24 hours. I said that I would like to reschedule my appointment and I was then told that they would not take any further bookings from me. I am in shock!

I was happy with my appointment with Dr Lehloenya.

Dr. Christians is kind, caring and very helpful. I was VERY happy with his diagnosis and treatment. I will highly recommend his services.

I went to Dr Christians for mole screening after he was highly recommended to me by a colleague. His receptionist was friendly and helpful on the phone and when I arrived. I waited about two weeks for an appointment. I was very nervous but Dr Christians immediately put me at ease and was very professional, respectful and thorough. He explained everything in detail which was great, and I would definitely recommend him.

I have to warn. Dr Christians is overzealous, misdiagnosed me severely. Wasted a lot of my money on completely unnecessary biopsies, caused me a lot of stress. Yes he does talk over one, and is quick to assume the worst, or make you feel like that. Scaremonger tactics in my opinion. I got a second opinion and my problems were sorted so quickly and causes correctly identified. Thank goodness I did not listen to him. There are far better dermatologists out there. Never again.

Dr Christians is professional and easy to talk to. Thorough yet down-to-earth. He has taken great care of me for the last few years. A friend recommended him and Ive been very happy with the service provided. Also great coffee shop nearby!

Highly recommend Dr Christians.I had problems with adult acne. Theres no time wasting and the issue is sorted in one consultation with a follow up (if needed)

Dr Christians and his administrative and reception staff disappointed us from setting foot into the office until we finally decided to search for a better dermatologist three weeks after the initial appointment. Dr Christians was rude, made very little eye contact, interrupted us and did not give us chance to speak. Dr Christians seemed rushed in the appointment and brushed over a few possible diagnoses without really wanting to go into the details. He promised a follow up consultation free of charge, but since he did not supply the bloodwork forms and feedback as promised after the initial consultation we decided not to go back to the second appointment.Find someone else if you are serious about your health.

Wonderful, professional, empathetic and really good dermatologist. Dr Christians is a dermatologist that I would definitely recommend to any person.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Stay away. Arrived for my first appointment with Dr Christians. He was 25 mins late. I had a 15 min consultation with him where he did not really give me a chance to speak about my skin condition and give my history - he just sat there and talked without making any eye contact. I did *not* feel comfortable in the room with him.Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. I had to pay a R1000 for 15 mins consultation! He promised something about a next visit for 20 mins free and also a comprehensive email about my condition, none of which he honoured. There was also an issue with blood test forms, which the receptionists handled terribly. Once I complained at the receptionists they got really defensive and avoidant, quick to dismiss anything I say.Think twice before going to see Dr Christians.

I agree with the previous review that Dr. Lehloenya is knowledgeable and sells himself very well. But when you walk out of his office, you discover he has no sympathy, he doesnt know how to keep a promise and that a simple request takes months to be processed (if you do not persist). Youd think that a patient with a life threatening illness would be enough for him to get back to you but due to him being in so many practices, he and his secretaries are incompetent of communicating with you no matter how many emails, phone calls and even whatsapp messages you send.

Happy with the doctor - Dr. Christians, have to agree with the last comment regarding the reception though. Giving them the 5 star based on the treatments I have received and acknowledge and professionalism on the doctors only.

I have never walked out of a doctors office feeling as humiliated and disrespected as I did with Dr Christians. Firstly, he was terribly rude, talking over me, not allowing me to talk and was frankly disrespectful. Additionally, he made me feel humiliated and ashamed of myself for the way he belittled and criticised me. Worst experience with a doctor ever, highly DO NOT recommend!

Accompanied family member who went for consultation on a skin problem. Was very much incorrectly diagnosed which couldve had major implications if we acted on the diagnosis. Second opinion elsewhere cleared things up.

Zero star rating - Dr Christians is shocking! I agree with other reviews of him being rude and disrespectful, no compassion at all. Complete waste of my time and money - I will never set foot in there again!
