Very reasonably priced tea bag. Bought some amazing smelling soap and some really nice police that works well!
Interesting shop with friendly staff. Bathroom was clean and easily accessible. Fresh produce on sale was of high quality. Knick-knacks galore, for the collector. A visit worthy when in Clanwilliam
Delicious food and good service. Lovely little shop with interesting items. Worth a visit.
Great cozy Tea House that servers breakfast all day. They have an extensive menu, from breakfast, to hearty Sunday lunch mains, to desert. We where a little confused when we entered as to whether we could just sit or needed to wait (perhaps a sign would help). The service was quick with the food despite being busy. Food portion sizes were good, excellent value for money. The Tea House is laid back and relaxed and I would highly recommend it.
Great products and very informative. The dark chocolate and coconut bar is amazing!
Didnt spend enough time there to really form an opinion. The date balls however were fresh from the kitchen and delicious 🤗
A lovely farm.stall with a wide selection of items. The oranges were the best ever!
Nice shop nice eatery beautiful ciabatta bread friendly people thankyou
Had my very first tea tasting here. Huge variety of teas to choose from, and although Im not much of a tea person, it was very tasty! Very cosy little place, friendly staff. They gave us some tips about other places to visit in the area. Try the carrot cupcake!! Also a good place to take some photos!
Ecpected a little bit more from the place, but fresh fruit, rooibos tea, jams etc can be purchased here!
Humble local venue. A library of rooibos products.
2nd visit to this padstal. All good, except restaurant service a bit slow.
Great farm shop with cute gift items. Really enjoyed the roosterkoek with jam and cheese and sweet potato fries. Stopped by twice during my road trip.
Very nice rooibos tea milkshake.
Farm products fresh and I love that they stock Banting products. Restaurant also up to standerd and their staff friendly.
We had a very nice breakfast
Great food and friendly staff
Friendly service. Good stop
Nice farm stall but slightly overpriced. Wanted to do tea tasting, as advertised by them, but the service is not available due to staff not being present, even though it is peak holiday season. Slightly disappointed.
Stopped in the heat of the day. Had a lovely salad and had rooibos tea tasting after the meal. Nice to introduce people from elsewhere about the origins of rooibos tea. Lovely shop to walk through offering rooibos of all kinds to purchase...
Lovely food, great friendly service, beautiful shop
Good menu
Great fun tasting 7 different roiboss teas, with home made cookies and nibbles. Theres an awesome menu, the place is very children friendly and there are lots of tables in the scenic garden.
To pricey
All kinds of rooibosch varieties.
Great
Nice place where you can learn more about rooibostea, make a special tasting, and buy some really good teas. So nice staff taking care of you! Recommended!!!
Stopped at this place on Monday afternoon for our last meal in South Africa on our way to the airport. Even though the place wasnt full, it was a mistake. After 25 minutes of waiting for our order (which was the usual waiting time for any restaurant in South Africa, even very full ones), I explained our waitress we dont have a lot of time and asked for our order. I was told our meal is taking care of as theyve just finished cooking a meal for a family who ordered before us. In 20 more minutes I found our waitress and told her we have a plane to catch. She went to the kitchen and returned with very sad news: they havent even started to cook our meal. We had to pay for our drinks and leave immediately being very hungry. We asked why we were not informed that the wait was so long, and the woman at the cashier desk has told our waitress she should have told us that the wait is more than an hour (!!!) The only place with such a bad service during our 10 days in South Africa, dont recommend you to visit it in case you dont have at least 1.5-2 hours for your lunch.
Exciting variety of Rooibos teas! Every flavor you can think of! All that was missing were some Rooibos eats to go with tea, not much food selection to make it a proper tea party.
We had a lovely time here! Sanet was very friendly and knowledgeable: she talked us through the entire rooibos process. The tea tasting was an experience - highly recommended! Ordered muffins as well, which were delicious. Other than that, the gift selection is extensive; perfect for finding something to take home.
Service speed was pathetic. Over an hour for food to arrive. Otherwise if you have tons of time to sit and chat, it’s ok. EDIT: They were short staffed today. Apparently this is an issue in the area with retaining staff during the slow season.
Nice food and tea
Friendly Staff.
Wonderful place and lovely peaple. We had a tea tasting although its been quit warm... informative experience and relaxing. They also sell local tea
No jokes, you will find the biggest collection of Rooibos tea here that youve ever seen. I love tea and I walked away with quite a few unique boxes that I havent seen before - favorite one, the winter rooibos tea. Try it :) The restaurant selection was alright, rooibos milkshakes were really good and the muffins tasty although the selection was quite limited - chocolate and carrot sold out with only bran left. Bran was tasty though! Nice quaint place to stop if you are in the area and some great handmade goods available too.
Excellent experience. Informative, tea tasting great fun. Very nice atmosphere.
Fabulous! Very original retail outlet...with a diversity of excellent items for sale...and great experience in tea tasting.
Good place to visit, people are friendly and helpful, with a vast tea selection. Also doggie friendly
