Chicken was not to badly cooked at all, problem I saw was most orders seemed to be incomplete, staff where not checking till slip to order. I saw a few customers ahead of me that had a problem with their order, I ordered a 21 piece bucket amongst other items and did not receive a proper lid to cover the bucket. Staff seemed to either be tired or need better training. To be honest I was a little disappointed comparing it to other KFCs I have visited.

A standard KFC. Clean. Chicken cooked well. The staff could serve with a smile though.

The cashiers assumes that every customer speaks Afrikaans and proceeds taking orders in Afrikaans even though we were responding in English. They botched up the order and fought among themselves as to who was at fault. Not a very nice experience but at least the chicken was good. Next time just serve everyone in English and if you pick up that they speak your native tongue then by all means speak to them in that tongue. I know the customer always appreciates that. But dont assume everyone speaks your native tongue. Thats just unprofessional.

I wish our KFCs in cpt had such quick service and fresh food. Keep up the goodwork in riversdale guys

What a terrible experience. Almost had to wait 40 minutes for a 9 bucket. When i went inside to follow up the Supervisor Mariaan gave me attitude 🙄. If you cant give proper service dont offer a service.

The food order took very long to prepare. Also the social distancing policy makes no sense, when four people arrived in one car but has to sit two at a table that seats four. Some common sense should prevail with Covid protocols. The food was good though.

We asked if there were ice cream and we asked if it was solid before we ordered and was assured that it was. After paying on receiving the cones was in a bucket of cream, because the ice cream were so melted. Having toddlers in the car and explaining why they can not have their ice creams... On opening our burgers, the patty was on the outside of the paper and the buns were made into a sandwich with lettece not fresh anymore. Unacceptable

Drive through order 7pm(dark) ...asked for coleslaw instead of chips.Asked for the burger without garnish. 5 km down the loads discovered that they did neither of this. Also, we stood in the queue for 15 min! 1 star is for the tasty juicy chicken pieces

Love popping by KFC Riversdale everytime we go along the garden route. Food is always fresh, our orders are made to our specifications, and always of good quality. Bought the dunked wings this evening and could actually taste the ginger in the sauce! Cape Town KFCs have nothing on you Riversdale, keep up the great work!

Appalling service! Waiters cant do their job and its always dirty! Their ice cream machine is always put of order so dont even bother asking for ice cream, a krusher or milkshake. The menu isnt displayed properly and out of date, you can hardly hear or understand the waitress talking at the drive in! You have to scream your order through to them. The food takes too long and they almost always out of soda like fanta, sprite or cream soda. Its coke or nothing. Management need to wake up!! Never ordering kfc riversdale again! They should close down and allow a better fast food franchise like mcdonalds or steers take over.

I stopped there driving from PE to Cape Town. All the staff sat inside and no-one made the effort to come out and tell me why the doors were closed. They just waved me away.

Service is non existing you always wait for food,when in drive thru, and the garnish is always old and stail never enough sauce. If you get n burger for example only one half would have sauce and it looks like they always fight with the food the presentasion is verry poor

What a nice stopover for a quick snack. Last night was an exceptionally slow service night. Guys, you need to up your game on the drive through side. If you cant deliver, then take a leaf from McDonalds. Move that order to your front so we, whom are queued behind, can be served, and be in our Way.

Old comment: Make sure your order is correct before you leave!** Changed my 2 stars to 4 stars, the service improved drastically and the food is better and correct.They even have a timer system which ensures fast and efficient service.The location is obvious practical and easy to go through and the continue with the trip.also quite safe in day and night.

Their facilities are brand new and super clean. The premises have a neat appearance with plenty of parking space available close by. It is also right off the national road passing through town on the N2 main route so no need to deviate from your route planning. They have clean public bathrooms for customers on site. There is ample sit down space with various sizes of tables, so you can take a break from your driving and eat in a relaxed atmosphere. Dont forget the quality food as you would expect from the franchise.

We were there lunch time during the school holidays. They did not quite get the orders right or fast enough. I have been there on other occasions when the experience was better.

Service could be better. On simple orders they are really fast but on more complicated orders they tend to take longer.

They forgot to include 2 burgers in my last order.

Quick and easy stop for a snack on a journey through garden route.

We arrived at 7:05 to a closed door. A sign on the door indicating it should have been open for 35min.... The staff inside were rude and the food which i normally enjoy from KFC, was far below standard. Probably the worst experience with a fast food joint. Would highly recommend driving past this one.
