They sell quality linen at a reasonable prices and the flowers staff are helpful,not to mention the quality

The use of their trolleys to ones vehicle is prohibited. So if youre alone and doing a bulk buy while parked at quite a distance, this could be problematic.

The store have few cashiers with lots of customers. I spend 5 hours in the que. The place is not even well ventilated and it very hot with less space of movement. The best thing about the store though is that they sell very cheap stuff of good quality.

Prices are good, but service is shocking

The Line factory shop and the staff that works there , think that they above the consumer protection act by dictating their own terms and conditions to the public. By saying that they are a factory shop and thats the reason that they dont do cash refunds or reversal or cards. For a purchase that was only done yesterday afternoon. They state no cash refunds but they dont state any thing about reversal been done on credit cards or debit cards. They are money gluttonous pigs. How do they except a person from JHB to come back within 30 days to exchange? people should stop supporting these money greedy pigs who wants to steal peoples hard earned money by not allowing refunds... I want my R300 back or I will report this to the ombudsmans and their retail suppliers for them to stop supporting them.

The complex is in a state of disarray. The previous shop is closed to make way for a bigger factory. The shop is in a poor state and I even got hurt with iron jutting out the shelves. Unlikely to visit again.
