I have been dealing with a consultant named Candice at the Chatsworth branch regarding the cash refund of a ticket that was due in March / April 2020. Candice is unresponsive to emails and is rude over the telephone - constantly advising me that the money will be refunded in a month or so but never giving a specific date for refund. I find the level of customer service shocking and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Agents take ages to correspond with you. After sales and changes are a total hassle. Totally upset. Still awaiting from December 2019 for agent to get back to me :(((!!
