My daughter visited Lancet at Chatsmed today. She was told to handle the container used to collect urine carefully because it is sterile. But she says the toilet was shockingly filthy

I went in today to do bloods the doctor gave me the lab form on my phone.1. When I get to my usual entrance which is at the top of hospital parking this entrance was blocked with no entry.So I drove down and was advised that the lab is around the corner.2. Wait for 1 hour + only one patient on front of me buy guy took extremely long then its my turn he turns me away because its a Covid station.WHY DIDNT YOU PUT SIGNS UP TO SAY THIS IN FIRST PLACE I WAIT AND WAIT ON FASTING AND AS A DIABETIC THIS WAS FRUSTRATING.Put the signages up please I was so frustrated that I stormed out of there .Worst service ever guy goes on delivery and working alone with no help and I was left waiting with no assistance in the end .

Excellent service, however the person/people capturing data either were slow or came late to work. I went on 4 consecutive days, the admin person was late on all days.

Queues are very long. Only one person capturing data. Process very slow

Terrible service. Had to wait an hour on a Sunday

Staff were very friendly and helpful.
