A great all round experience. Very professional Dr and Practice, and a very in-depth, educational assessment.

I have always had a good experience with Foresight with staff & the doctor.This year i tried making enquiries to get an appointment and asked a few questions and I was assisted by a very unethical, and not very helpful lady name Shantal. Everything i asked she asked, she puts me on hold and asks the girls who gave this client this info etc. According to Shantal they are not allowed to give out a doctors practice number to get an auth from your medical aid or even check if they are on the network. She is not a peoples person and should not even be in a work environment were manners and ethics are involved. Not helpful at all.She even refused to put the lady on the phone that i chatted to yesterday who was so helpful.

Very knowledgeable, very friendly from the lady at reception to the optometrist, good technology with regards to an eye scan, very affordable with regards to the eye test and glasses, be sure to visit if you need glasses.

The staff is very attentive and the Dr explained his diagnosis in detail!!!
