Booked my vehicle in for a windscreen replacement. Drove my vehicle in with old windscreen fitted properly.Guys incorrectly fitted the new windscreen, a finger space gap between the roof and the windscreen rubber. I was told that I need to fix the roof in order for the windscreen to fit properly.??? How did my old windscreen fit perfectly????When I requested for them to remove and refit I was told they can do it but if it breaks I must pay for another windscreen.Due to other challenges that they faced with other customers wrong windscreen, broke a windscreen whilst fitting they lost alot of time and began to rush.

Brilliant store for the fisherman with fishing in his soul.Almost every turn will keep you in awe. The rods and reels of the highest equality. I purchased a rod and a reel and the line was fitted at no extra charge and all advice was given with great enthusiasm .Did catch two shad at Shad Place ,Toti.

The range of products are great, and staff are helpful. Easily accessible, right off the main road.

Used to be a brilliant store for any fishing goodies but since covid each customer is now assigned a sales person who takes you to what you want in the store. Doesnt help at all when you want to browse and choose. With the covid changes this has become an extremely unpleasant shopping experience. I wont be going back here again after having supported them for years.

Perfect store for fishing tackle, however my recent visit was not good, the new setup due to covid and you have only 10 minutes to shop, is not conducive to buying something that needs time and patience like choosing the right rod or reel, especially when you have to spend R2k on a rod. Also you get someone following you around the store to speed up your shopping. Maybe wait for level one before you choose to shop here. It would make for a better shopping experience.

I was Not happy with the service received today...I needed a back glass for my vehicle which has dimister..I clearly asked the lady for the correct glass and making sure it was correct..she confirmed only to get a paying slip and collect at till point.At that point I recieved the glass which was incorrect...I went back to the sales lady who didnt bother to correct her mistake ..she ask me if I want A Refund??I need the correct glass which she dont have stock off...Unhappy Customer
