I always try to give positive reviews.But I am so disappointed by the Chatsworth branch of African Bank. I need the card and account numbers so that I can take advantage of the Online services....I managed to open an account online (easy) it has taken me 2 months to get a bank card.Everytime I goto the branch to get the card, it has been 1 issue or another. (Eg. Systems are offline, the person that prints the card is not in, the cards arent available)

African bank chatsworth branch ... consultants are just too rude they basically dont help whats so ever.... no solution to a problem but just turn down clients and send them off .... small situation i encounteredwhile speaking to the consultant she takes on a video call on her phone with her family and makes me wait .... highly frustrated I came there for 1 reason was to apply for a facility and she sends me off 4 times because she purely looked like she didnt want toassist .... african bank is excellent but it is the staff that brings the bane down....Unsatisfied

I had a very terrible experience, I waited in line for almost an hour without being attended.
