This morning I had the most pathetic service ever. Filled petrol and paid for oil . After almost15 minutes of waiting,no oil came. Went in to complain but staff were too busy to attend to me. Asked for refund which never came. Had to leave as I was getting late for work. My son had to contact the manager and arrange to pick.up my money. According to the manager his staff wanted to refund but I left......after spending almost 20 minutes at the end of it all. Never again will I go there.

Please can the staff in the store wear their masks? I have witnessed this on so many occasions,tonight 3 staff did not wear their masks, petrol attendants with masks below the nose.That lady in the office also doesnt wear her mask. We are trying to survive a pandemic the best we can, but your staff are so flippant.

Absolutely pathetic car wash. Never going there again. Workers were drinking on the job. Asked for a tip before doing the job (my first mistake). Took around 2 hours from the time my car was in the process of being washed (they werent busy, just very slow) - Not that the end product showed that they paid attention to detail. Staff were clearly untrained and not interested, even though they secured an additional tip that was almost the cost of another car wash. High price and lots of wasted time. Management were greedy to get money when they were clearly not adequately prepared to do the job. Never again!

STAFF ARE AMAZING.. MY CARD WAS DECLIINING AND I DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH CASH THE ATTENDANT COULD SEE ME APPROACHING A STATE OF PANIC AND OFFERED TO PAY FOR IT. ITS A GESTURE I WILL NEVER FORGET. THIS GARAGE HAS HAD MY LOYALTY IN THE PAST BUT THIS ACT OF KINDNESS HAS REALY TOUCHED ME. THANK YOU AND PLEASE KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

Has changed hand so many times and all new design of store plus staff. Love the arrangement of product and service courtyard. Cool car wash and picnic spot. Pity about the riff raff late at night. Hope its been sorted out. Has potential to be more!

Petrol attendants fill couple cents over the amount always and cakes are not fresh all the time,just the samewith pies now.
