Would have given Ovan Delights a 5 star review based on their product quality but unfortunately a lousy cashier, that has a unwelcoming personality. Your employee is the face of the business. Its really unsettling having someone you havent met give of a rude and annoyed vibe to a customer. Honestly customer service should be a priority. Bakery was good, customer service needs alot of work.
