Stubborn and arrogant staff. Even the owner is a rude and arrogant person. Stay away from there if u have to. Go to Township Hype which was previously a Midas as well. They have a bigger range of products and the staff and owner are super friendly and helpful

Sales assistant was unhelpful, rude and not really bothered in helping find what we needed. Suffice to say we took our business elsewhere.

I bought a bicycle pump on the 2nd and opened it on the 5th to pump a ball .on lifting the handle , it separated from the barrel.did not get to use it. I am disappointed how flimsy it was made. I need a refund

Helpful friendly staff

Very disappointed, bought an 02 sensor which was faulty, i was told i will receive a refund as i bought the sensor elsewhere . 2 weeks have passed and i still didnt receive it, instead i was told i have to waot another 14days for the refund as they are waiting for thier supllier to refund them. This is unacceptable as i didnt take 14days to pay for the part why should i have to wait for my money when i paid midas and not the suppliers?

Poor service.Parts were ordered over the counter and incorrectly supplied. Midas did not want to refund me nor did they want to correct their mistake.Ive been to many other spare shops which have happily refunded parts or even changed the parts for the correct one, furthermore, Ive received poor service over the counter as the salesmen arent very informative.
