I have had such an amazing treatment with Laser lipo. I would like to thank the staff at the PMB branch, all sweet and welcoming as well as highly recommendable treatments to my family and friends. I just started my slimming journey and its been extremely amazing with you guys. looking forward for more treatments:)

Have no result to show for, no change in hair growth and I am crushed. Each laser session there was a new consultant which was strange and pretty sure I paid for a treatment and they did something completely different, so dont waste your time and money - go somewhere else. Deserves less than 0 stars.

After trying a few diets & exercise, I could shed everything else but not my abdominal fat. So I contacted them for their slimming injection services. Turned out to be a gimmick involving there being no required input in the way of exercise & diet with the bogus promise of varying results within 4-5 weeks, which really meant no results at all. With them coaxing & playing on my need/desire I was convinced into paying R8500 at a 40% discount for the procedure & had it done at the Chase Valley branch in Pietermaritzburg. The first signs of it being phoney came at the point of no return, after the payment was made. They give you terms & conditions, they give you a 1 day meal plan & tell you to buy a cream that costs R1000 to supposedly get the area sweating. No indication of this is made initially & youre lead to believe without the cream the injections may be ineffective. So the R1000 component has a larger bearing on the success of the procedure than the one they sell to you & costs 14 times more? I didnt get the cream, watched my food intake, drank 2 litres a day and I exercised but got zero results. Not less satisfactory results, ZERO results 6 weeks down the line. Im extremely dissatisfied with Laser Lipo Global Chase Valley branch, especially the people I dealt with there. Which Im happy to name if need be. My thing is, set realistic expectations, give out all the facts upfront & dont coax! Im definitely going to seek avenues to get my money back.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. They sweet talk you into paying for treatments upfront and do not follow up with appointments...I have to call day after day to see they have a available appointments, Mekyla promises to get back but never does. When Nadine was in charge everything flowed smoothly, appointments were on time and they would even send a sms a day before the appointment to remind me. I have never ever had such putrid service before. Their computer is always offline so they cannot make appointments. When asked to print the bookings for the day so they dont have to turn customers away, Mekyla responds by saying she cannot print from the appointment page, I then asked her to do a screen shot of the appointment screen and paste on a word doc, then print...she cant do that either...the service at Laser Lipo Pietermaritzburg has really reached rock bottom which is a shame in the environment right now, where businesses are struggling to survive.

Absolutely amazing service and treatment from the PMB Branch. I was skeptical about signing up after reading a few reviews. However Everyones experience is different. I must say that my experience was extremely pleasant. I was consulted by Mekyla who was excellent! All treatments she recommended worked amazingly for me. I have seen such great results. Appointments were never an issue to get as I always booked in advance. Overall all staff were professional & Amazing!

I have been going for my treatment at Laser lipo PMB for the past 1 year now to assist me with my weight loss problem and I must firstly compliment the staff that have been amazing to me with helping me pick out a great treatment. I have been seeing and experiencing such brilliant results. Mekyla has worked a treatment plan for all my treatments and packages I have so I see my desired results, I was scared of taking the chance, however after my first couple treatments, I have no regrets as I continue with my treatments. My body has so much of changes, I look great, I feel much lighter and more energized and I will highly recommend their treatments to anyone looking to loose their unwanted fat on desired areas thats the most amazing part of it. I am also treating my face now whilst treating my body , and when I go for laser lipo , the sauna part for me is the utmost relaxing time space for me so I get the most out of going for treatments as Im most importantly losing weight, relaxing and looking and feeling good :)

I went to the Pmb Laser Lipo and asked to see consultant, I waited and then was seen to. I had a breakout of spots and stated that I need assistance for them. I was shown various products and agreed on one product and was told I must pay 1910.00 and the product will take 3 days. No one contacted me about the delay of the product. To date no one really phoned me to say the product has arrived . I phoned then the lady tells me that it is there, I asked for a refund as I was told that the product will take about 3 days. I have not seen such unhelpful people. They only wanted to make a sale. They did not offer a treatment that could help with scars nor did they say come in for a peel. I want a refund as I have had to get another treatment for less than half the price of that product.

Im in the process of full arm laser hair removal and I am so so impressed with the results. I have done 2 sessions so far and I am looking forward to my 3rd one tomorrow. Nadine in the pmb branch is an absolute gem to deal with and super friendly. Would definitely recommend this branch for all your beauty needs. 10/10 🙌💯
