Its a nice place to get away and I cant complain about the cabins that were in, but not being able to use the facilities has completely put me off. The kids were only able to play in the park. We are having lovely weather but unable to use the swimming pool. First we were told we cannot swim because the lifeguards are only coming in 2 days. Then we were told we have to pay R196 & then only 5 people can go in to swim. Now 2 days later there are still no lifeguards so were not allowed to use the pool. Also, the roof of the hall where all the games are is also broken so were not allowed in there either. I dont think well be back here as a family again

The people working in the front office are very helpful, but the security gaurds make us feel like criminals. The bathrooms are clean but very old.

This camping site in poor condition due to munisipality neglect - and this once was a great place

Love going here. If you do not like loud music and people singing, stay away from booking a house. The caravan side is really pleasant

Have stayed here a few times and really enjoyed the peace. Living under the trees in a tent alongside a caravan was fun. Plenty of facilities available such as squash courts, very large swimming pool and other games. Being able to take a walk up the mountain was really memorable. Unfortunately, the insect called a cicada sometimes known as a Christmas beetle, was so noisy it was quite deafening.

Arrived late afternoon only to be informed that they only allow caravans and no tents!Huge disappointment.... not impressed with this policy at all.

Perfect place to go and relax. Nature, and surroundings are magnificent!!

Love it... Great for the whole family. Theres activities for kids and hiking spots closed by... Swim like a fish in their pools.

We feel that its far away enough from everything to be able to get away but close enough to still be able to do the tourist things in the full Cape Town region. We bought a small log cabin inside here to have as our base.

- very nice place- very strict rules (as if my mom made them up)- needs more access gates to the pool area from the braai area and the camping area (you need to walk all the way around)- pool is a bit dirty (grass and some papers floating in the pool)- pool tastes very nasty (try not to swallow the water while swimming)
