They took really good care of me. I like the service that i got, thank you Netcare very much. It means a lot to me.

I received the worst service in this hospital last night.

Cannot even enter the building. Rude, uncaring individual who should be on retirement at the door. Refusing to help me with a finger that I sliced open with an axe, saying to me that she does not know how long I will wait as there are other people to be helped with only 1 doctor on service and takes a guess of around 3 hours? She cant even just check the severaty of the wound to tell me if it is an emergency. Blatantly refuses. She was more concerned with what it will cost me as to attend to me. This after driving 60km to get to the hospital...At the end of the day I had to endure with the pain until the following day to get back to my hometown where I was instantly helped @ Intercare tygervally and sorted. I would not recommend Netcare Ceres AT ALL.

Thank you to all staff who were on duty on Friday 29th December when my friend suffered heat stroke.. You were all fantastic including the receptionist

The doctors are very good. They hear the patients’ problems and after that, they solve it fastly.
