Excellent road with smooth turns and a gradual rise leads to the Guido Pass, in contrast to the road through the Middelberg Pass. From the pass there was a magnificent view of the plain to the east of Prince Alfred Hamlet with a lot of ponds and a mountain range at a great distance.
