There are power outages atleast 4 times a month, lasting at the shortest 3 hours, to the longest 46 hours. Water outages is also common.It apears that maintenance on infrastructure is not a priority.If you are considering moving to this municipal area to open a business or live, try to avoid it. Your business will have unplanned public holidays due to power outages and your appliances wil not make it past their warrenty.Terrible service!

Ceres is a clean, scenic and peaceful town.
