I am usually a very happy customer at Pick n Pay, but am very disheartened and disappointed that they have now opted to put ALL their baked good into plastic bags. You are leaving consumers with no alternative than to purchase single-use plastic products and being really environmentally unfriendly. Its international Plastic Free July and this is a real step backwards. We cant solve one problem by creating another. The international movement is towards plastic free alternatives and South African grocery stores need to get in the game

As per other Pick n Pay stores, most staff greet with the sense of defeat. They dont have that kind of excitement which I have experienced at other franchises. Small town, little expectations...

Its not a dislike. The store is impracticable and dated.The bakery is 1 place and the rest of the bakery is stocked opp side of the shop. That was the 1 out if many.Its a pick n pay. Probs what one would expect from pnp

Parking lot needs better planning and renovation. The products inside have recently undergone some sort of migration. Most of the staff are friendly. Interior feels a bit dated and old. Though prices are good and there is no shortage of stock.

Was very dirty inside. No help at the meat section. The one who was supposed to help was sitting with his cellphone in his hand and pay no attention to me waiting for service.

I knew the Bronkhorst brothers who started Pick& Pay Family Ceres. They knew how to run a store. I can honestly not rate a service as for there was no service.

Friendly staff, wide selection of goods and centrally located. Requires a good deep clean as the shelves are sticky and dusty and the floor is simply unhygienic, full of grime and grocery residue. I was there on a busy Saturday afternoon, so that may be a plausible explanation. Yet, the owners know that Saturdays are busy and should have cleaners who continuously clean, even during trading hours.

Pick n Pay stores have always been our favorite, but my wife does not enjoy shopping at this one. Doesnt like the layout and can often not find the products on the shelves, especially when on special.
