Very nice. We visit often, and mostly get the same lady serving us (Bernadine) Which is friendly and helpful. food is clean and never had any issues. Service is usually fast. Coffee is fine! Manageress seems to be on the ball. Keep it up !

Worst service I’ve ever received at a Wimpy. Food was to Wimpy standards but they had no hot beverages on a Saturday morning and service was subpar. Waitress never checked up on us and was very slow to respond

Disorganized, wait times extremely long and staff not very helpful. I understand that they are overrun by snow watchers but really how difficult can it be for the hostess to organize the order line and waiting line outside the shop and offering menus so that customers can decide before they enter what they want to order

Went for afternoon drive to Wimpy Ceres. Nice atmosphere. Food good. Like only Wimpy can. Friendly staff.

Today I ordered bacon and egg on white toast for delivery. I received chicken and mayo on brown toast.

No toilet. No staff or very few staff working... We stood for ages to get a space but were never served after taken to a table. No toilet facilities and a number of people left the queue.They were totally overwhelmed

The food was not to bad, but the service was bad.....half of the chicken we ordered was not fully cooked..?? The staff were not helpful neither friendly. The service level really went down since we last visited...

This was not at all a nice experience and we will not go back. We had to seat ourselves after waiting in front. We had waiters bumping into us constantly. We ordered coffee from one waitress and it took about 15 min to arrive. During this time we had another waitress take our order. By now, 3 other tables who arrived after us were already getting their food. My husbands plate was full of oil underneath. The food however was very nice. Not once were we asked if we would like something more to drink. Nope... Not again.

Asked for no onions. Got onions and no cheese. Asked for well done, got rare. Forgot about about a drink.3/10 wont go again.

Venue in a doubtful area. Shop has not been upgraded in years and is showing its age. Staff so preoccupied with watching the rugby game on TV that they forgot to bring our drinks.Enter at your own risk.

Service was excellent, we arrived late but it was no problem. Service was quick and efficient. Our order was handled quite nicely.

Not the best Wimpy. Food was reasonable, but both my coffee and my wifes rooibos tea tasted as if the water had been boiled overnight in a rusty urn. The other issue is that they do not have toilets so one is obliged to cross the square to use a public toilets.

I used to work in Ceres a few years ago. I went there twice a week (from Cape Town). The staff at this Wimpy is always very friendly. I loved my lunch breaks at this place!

Took quite a while to get service (and we eventually just seated ourselves anyways). Quite a quaint place and offers all you can expect from a Wimpy but the waiting was a bit extreme.

We stopped there after a long trip and while the family went into the chemist I decided to order a takeaway coffee before we sat down. The lady at the cash register was so unfriendly. Even after I made a joke that howmuch is it for her to smile she ignored me. We left.

Poor service. Brought the incorrect drinks and food. Had no chips. Long wait for our order. Wont be back. Ceres wimpy is really poor. Been a regular customer for the past 8 years.
