Its for the first time I see such friendly staff ever, you dont even stand long in the line, 10 minutes is enough, keep up the good work guys may God give you strength every day

Spent two days in a queue to get my car registered.

I renewed my drivers licence yesterday, and I can without a doubt say, that this traffic department is the best one that Ive ever been to. I am originally from Gauteng, and in Jhb, you can easily spend a whole day for these things. I only spent 2 hours and these people were so friendly and super organised.Thank you to everyone who works at this department!

The worst experience I have had ever. Slow. Incompetent. Pathetic. Absolutely no service to speak of.

Been there now 3 times ... First applied for renewal of license , did eye test and details checked , when going to pay was told system offline and simply just told to come back not checking if everything is in order. 2 nd time in line to pay , reach counter then needs to be FICA for postal and residential address , just told bring proof . 3 rd time in line for one hour , reach counter - now proof of postal address needs a date on . Sentaway again .
