Just to be able to speak to someone will cost you if you NOT living in Ceres. Which was my case only. I came from Cape Town the night before. Booked at a B&B Next morning stood at the office doors 06:00 they open at 730 or 8. I was out 0930. I fortunately booked 2 days. Just in case I need to verify or hand in missing info.I applied online and was denied or rejected without reason. 9months ago.Ceres is not so busy as the major cities. But will cost you. For someone like me. it was well worth it.Well I was helped very quickly. The problem was the nobody captured some number. They consultant sorted that mess out in 5min.Everyone sure has problem to straighten.Please dont asked me questions that could of actually be quicker in Google

Very helpful but not enough to support people.

This place gives very bad service. U get there very early in the morning in the cold and You go Home without being helped.They are supposed to close at 4pm, but they shut the door at 3pm. They are not determined and eager to help people who rely on that money and most of the time have to go Hungry or go and knock on the door of a Lone Shark.Can anyone please help our people to get better service?
