Had an emergency today where one of our stray cats were struggling to give birth. She delivered one baby successfully however the second baby had gotten stuck (female didnt have enough strength to push the baby out - prolonged pregnancy). Ceres vet refused to help until they had R6000 paid into their bank account. Ridiculous! What has man kind come to! As a veterinarian, surely your responsibility is to help any animal regardless of money. As stated on your website, you promise to deliver the best service possible? Except you refused to mentioned you wont help an animal on the edge of death unless money is paid first into your account?A close friend of mine had to my an additional R7500 at Ceres Vet for an over night stay (again an emergency situation). Once again, proven its all about money rather than saving an animal.Dont get me wrong, I will pay out all my savings to help my three beautiful pets I have but for you Ceres Vet, you need money upfront before you will even consider helping an animal.I will definitely not recommend Ceres vet to ANYONE
