Dr Nomphelo is great. She offers great service and understands the needs of my skin. She understands what black skin needs and I’ve seen great improvement on my skin.She also takes time to understand her patients and is very conversational- which I enjoy as someone who is in a marketing field. I enjoy great service.I would highly recommend.

Dr Gantsho is the best dermatologist ever,very humble,she makes you feel comfortable,i had a problem with acne on my face,back and chest,i had no confidence at all,tried different product which never helped,last year November i decided to looking the best one,thank you soo much Dr,now i dont have to put on make up even if i dont want to just to hide acne&dark spots.

Today was the first time ever to see the Dr. But let me tell you this, i love this Dr already. She is very friendly and kind. The appointment with her felt like I was talking to someone I’m related to.She is also, very informative.Look no further when your looking for a Dr. She is the one ☝️

I went for my first consultation with doctor Gantsho on the 30th of August 2021 and it was my first time consulting a dermatologist after planning to do so for some time. When I saw all the reviews on the website I got very excited and couldnt wait for my appointment.I will admit that shes very sweet and kind, she holds conversations and makes you feel at ease, however my excitement died down before the sun set that day. She did not even diagnose me of anything, didnt even touch me, nothing! She just kept talking and I felt like as some point she wouldnt allow me to finish my sentences because she dismissed me a couple of times. Regardless of me telling her that Im a trainee at work and my finances arent so great(because she asked), she went on to give me a prescription which I found to be very expensive, this is after I spent R1600 at her surgery. On top of the meds on the prescription, there were 4 products from Eucerin which I was supposed to buy. With no warning whatsoever, the total of all these were heavily expensive on me. But what made things worse was that after starting the treatment I had to keep going to her for the next 6 month, paying follow up consultation fees and probably more expensive products.Nonetheless I only use her creams that she gave me, the face wash I had to buy and the contraceptive prescribed. That cream is just causing more pimples and they are not as mild as she said they would be. I did a Pathcare which I never got feedback for as she had promised. Im so sad that Im the one writing this negative comment, but I feel like she completely disregarded my financial situation and just wanted me to buy expensive products. Im definitely getting second opinion from another doctor since my face looks worse than before I consulted her. And i definitely wont be going for any follow ups with her

My husband had a rash for over a year nor our dr or clinic gave him the correct ointment but she knew what it was the rash is almost gone get better every day she a star

Doctor told me I should be “greatful my skin condition isn’t worse than it is” Ended up paying more for the appointment than the rate agreed upon between me and the doctor.

Great reception, great doctor. It was my first time visiting her and she took really good care of me. She really cares about people in general. She’s neat and it’s a calm environment. She gives the best solution to your problem so that you don’t have to go to her all the time unlike other people. I highly recommend her to anyone reading this.

I had terrible acne and acne scaring, Dr G assured me that the treatments she would prescribe would clear my acne and it certainly did. I have been consulting with her for more than a year and every consultation has been great. I am glad I chose her as my dermatologists because she knows her stuff, shes an expert. Dr. Gantsho is a FANTASTIC doctor and dermatologist. Im from the States and have had excellent healthcare there. Shes way better than almost all doctors Ive been seen by. She knows her stuff, has a great office, very friendly, makes an effort to make things as pain-free as possible, and takes as much time as you want to ask her questions. Highly recommend her.

In the beginning I thought the consultation fee was quite high but she is worth every cent. She knows her stuff and an absolute kind hearted person that makes you feel completely at ease and would actually go the extra mile for you if needed.

My son has been struggling with eczema for almost a year but Dr Gantshos treatment finished it within 3 days. She was of great help and very friendly. Also the receptionist and sister Sarah were very friendly and ever smiling. She is now my familys dermatologist.

I had an appointment yesterday afternoon, and I feel quite disappointed. Dr Gantsho barely spent 10 minutes with me, and only about 1 minutes looking at my skin. I feel like you didnt take the time to actually assess my skin properly, nor did you take the time to find out what solution work work for me personally.She prescribed a generic combination of tertralysal and epiduo, without explain the side effects. I also have hormonal skin issues, so its unclear how cream with change my hormonal system itself.She also just told me to use Euracin products, and while they may be good Im highly skeptical about this move because she is clearly sponsored by them.Her main concern was that I might be using comedogenic makeup (Im not) but failed to recommend good non comedogenic products.In short, a waste of an R800 consultation fee, as you can find all the info she provides in more detail on the internet. I would only recommend this is your acne is very severe and you need (need, not want) treatment.

Dr Gantsho is such an excellent Dermatologist, she was extremely professional and very thorough. I couldn’t have hoped for a better experience.
