Fantastic place. The whole atmosphere, aura inside that shop has an almost magical quality to it. The instant I cross the threshold into the shop the air feels clean and welcoming. The staff are well educated in their product knowledge and they are willing to source the rarest textiles and fabrics for you. It is mostly definitely a favourite on the Rains Top 10 hidden gem family owned textile spots.

Incredible amount of wool available, so much variety, and the prices are really good, my regular wool is cheaper here than anywhere else Ive been. Yes, the store is cramped, but also crammed full of amazing products. Best of all is the staff - the friendliest service and most proactive assistance Ive had in a store in a long time! I was blown away by the assistants - they know their stuff exceptionally well, and go out of their way to help you find what you are looking for. Very impressed and will absolutely be going back again.

Is the best place to look for wool, cotton, all the needles and tools to the best in knitting and crocheting. They now so well about every material. Great place.

The service was warm and friendly. The lady behind the counter was extremely helpful and knew exactly what I needed.They even stocked some items (all variety of teddy bear eyes) that Ive been struggling to find elsewhere. Wool prices were also very reasonable.I think Ive found my go-to wool shop!

Lots of wool and some sewing stuff. Lots of examples of clothing with different stitches. Wife tried to give me a lesson on knitting stitches. Switched off after plain n pearl. Glazed look gave me away.
