The repair scratched the back of my new Guess watch while changing the battery. The watch was immaculate, and hardly used. They did not apologise, they did not take care of my watch. 😢

By far the worst shop Ive been to in a while. While their displays are pretty and shop is nicely stocked, from the moment you step in, you are treated like a burden to them and made to feel like, unless you have a Rolex, you shouldnt be within miles of their presence.
