I rented a flat from Matthys realtors in this complex. If you want to have a good rental experience please stay away from this agent!!!!! here are my reasons1. The lease ends on the 30th or 31st, a few hours before the 1st. So if you moving to a new place on the 1st, you have to find storage, transport to storage and a guesthouse for that night. This meant that I had to to pay more than R3000 for the night.2. You have to wait 3-4 weeks before you get your rental deposit from them. They say its for water and sanitation. But you also pay a separate deposit for water and sanitation at the beginning. So this does not make sense.3. Water in the flat is dirty. When you ask for it to be fixed they blame city of Tswane. This is not true because some people in the complex have clean water. I also checked with city of Tswane and they said its an issue of having the pipes fixed which is not on them. it needs the agent to report the matter to the body cooperate but they wont.5. The flat has bad mold. When you repot the issue, the agent will tell you to open windows and lace curtains. mind you this is the first floor so you wont have any privacy and this wont fix the issue.6. they advertise the flat as having a slower. when you ask for the shower rail. they tell you the tiles are not water proof for a shower.
