The caretaker, does not follow the protocol and breaks the rules himself, he is very unwelcoming...

Really nice for the most part however, the neighbors are quite elderly and will formally complain regarding minor things rather quickly. This includes hobbies like playing acoustic guitar etc. Making it a limited space for single people and younger adults.
