Lovely and secured complex. Well managed
One of the worst built complexes in quility bricks being used to build houses, cheap houses being sold for a lot of money. Waste of money, land built on is bad. Amount of dangerous snakes found in complexes is bad. Endless amounts of money will be spent by any owner if you buy there. To fix up a brand new house.Crime is also a major issue. Guards have been taken with hijacked vehicles. Its become a dumping ground outside complex for human bodies to be dumped.Poor fencing allows for easy access. The developers, Reudev, Reubex, Chartwell wont assist to fix anything according to most residents living there. Lies will be told in order to get a sale. Dont buy, you only asking to waist on an investment.
