This is an excellent place to live if you want to live in an old age home. We lived there and believe me, children are not very welcome. There are no place for children to play and when they are in the common property they are told to go inside because they make the place untidy by the complex manager. If the children are just a bit to loude for members of the body corporate you are sent a letter with a fine to pay. Stay away if you have children that is used to playing outside. This complex will give you sleepless nights if you stay there with children. If you have a very calm family not playing outside and you like being in an old age home then this might be the place for you. Good luck to people with children wanting to stay there.
