Helped my Brother move in the past weekend! Very modern and neat! Also close to shops and malls.

Stunning place, lovely kitchen, clean and safe complex. Lovely play area for kids, the only thing missing is a swimming pool.

The 2 bedroom apartments are great. I like the finishings used. Reason for the 4 and not 5 stars is the position of the wall plugs in the kitchen, they arent effective at all.

Make very sure of levies before purchasing, don’t believe the agents. Be prepared to carry the levies of phase 3 that is still under construction, as well. Until all of the units have been sold, you have to help the developer carry his costs while listening to drilling and having construction workers on the corridors/passages every day.Remember to buy a 9m ladder and safety harness as they don’t include cleaning of the outside windows in their ridiculously high levies. They only cut the grass and use a leaf blower to “clean” the parking area, which actually only covers the cars in dust. Don’t use your parking near the construction area, had cement splashes all over my bonnet. Rather use one of the 5 visitors parkings. In summary, just stay away.
