Lovely living environment

We have been sraying in Concerto Park for almost 2 years now and it is an amazing estate with a very calm atmosphere and secure relaxed enviroment to raise your kids in. Close to all amenities and the Spar here has almost all you need for your daily shopping

If we are talking about the houses inside its not too bad, but Impact does their electricity and sorry to say but Impact is a terrible company to do the reading of electricity meters. They are responsible for making Pretorias electricity unaffordable...

Security is polite and helpful. Signage is clear. Grounds are well kept and clean. Tenants and neighbours are very kind and willing to help.

Neat and spacious townhouse complex

Great complex to live in; highway noise not so much an intrusion as you might think. Easy access to major roads, close to the church. Trustees do their best and the levies are used appropriately.Pierre van Ryneveld is a great suburb to live in and Concerto Park one of the better complexes in the area.

Concerto Park is the typical example of townhouse living, unfortunately adhearing to the typical concept of a cluster village without giving up much in favor of esthetic appeal.Although homes are ideal since for students or younger adults starting out, the single story face brick design isnt necessarily very attractive, as well as the numbering scheme being slightly confusing.Although located right next to the N1 and R21, getting on to either of them is a bit of a round trip, and then there is the noise that units close to these will experience.

Navigation inside thd complex is just that complex.

Town houses seem spacious and rentals not over priced considering the going rate in the area. Pity it is right next to the highway though, as this adds considerable noise and elevated crime rate to the area.

Security here is lit. You dnt get unexpected visitors.
